THE “NO MEMORY” TEASES

To maintain your teapot, simply rinse with boiling water and let it dry. When you’re not using it, remember to leave it open for aeration. And if you only have one golden rule: whatever its material, never use soap or dishwashing liquid, let alone put it in the dishwasher, which is too abrasive.

It is also possible to choose your teapot according to the shape of the tea leaves. Thus, a tea composed of flat leaves (like a sencha green tea) will be sublimated by rather flat teapots, and those composed of rolled or beaded leaves agree with rounder teapots.
